As a small company, all complaints should be addressed in writing to either Director (Bill or Jenna). Please ensure that the written complaint clearly specifies the details of the issues and if relevant refers to any individual involved.  Any complaint will be considered carefully by special consultation involving the Directors and Senior Management Staff. A written reply will be sent out to the complainant at least within four weeks, but much earlier if possible.  We will do our best to resolve any issue arising, but in the event that we can not settle matters, the complainant can contact the Property Redress Scheme
